Can you receive goods from third party hauliers?

As long as the goods are clearly marked for a recognised customer we are happy to take these in and process on your behalf.
Will I be notified if other methods than X-Ray/Hand search are used?

Our warehouse management system will automatically notify you once screening has been completed.
How will I be charged?

All charges shown are based on volumetric/gross weight or whichever is the greater of the two.
How do I know which screening method would be used?

We are unable to confirm the ultimate method to be used until the cargo arrives. However, cargo larger than 180cm x 180cm cannot access the X-Ray machine.
Do you offer packing services?

Although we do not offer full packing services we are able to offer palletising or re-palletising of cargo.
What are your warehouse opening times?

Although our standard hours are 08.00 to 19.00 Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays) we do require cargo by 18.00 to ensure same night airline delivery. We can offer hours outside these by pre arrangement.
Are you able to offer services outside of your standard opening hours?

We are happy to provide services outside of standard operating hours by prior appointment.
